- What is TROT, in one line?
- Leasing technology your owner pays for: your availability stays live, prospects qualify themselves, and the booking finishes online. You use it free.
- Does this cost me anything?
- No. TROT is free for brokers — the owner pays a flat per-square-foot platform fee on the space they put on TROT.
- Do you take my commission or my listing?
- No. TROT is not a brokerage. Your listing agreement and your commission stay between you and your owner, co-broke included, and every prospect you start is tagged to you.
- What about the tenant rep on the other side?
- Send them the same link. Their tenant fills in the profile and documents, the deal stays credited to both sides, and you stop emailing a PDF package back and forth.
- Do I have to change how I work?
- No software to learn. You send a link and watch the file fill in. Showings, negotiation and the owner relationship stay exactly as they are.
- How do I get in?
- The owner adds you from their portal, or TROT sets you up. You'll get an email with a sign-in and see their live availability immediately.
- What can I see?
- The buildings and spaces of the owners who added you, the tenants you started and their documents. Never the owner's finances, and never another owner's portfolio.
